Ken if the Scaley rule was designed to help the front motor Scaley cars compete with the rear motor Cartix cars, why does the Scaley Shark Nose Ferrari need the rule? It already has a rear mounted motor.

The Scaley cars have the pencil motots and the bwa replacement motor is slower than the NC1
