See club stock definition below. If it is not in the stock definition then you cannot do it, with the exceptions listed below.

Stock: As it came out of the box, you may: True front tires and wheels and coat, oil and grease as needed, Remove front and rear axle slop (no chassis mods), Add lead, Coat the front tires, Change lead wires and braids as needed, Glue in motor, Glue in bushings. Use silicone tires, Change body screws, Install solid front axle, create chassis rock.

No “Pro” cars. Cars must have race liveries, numbers, and drivers.

Do to the wide variety of cars available, you may run any motor (no more than 23,000 rpm) that fits in the stock location without modification. All cars must run stock 3:1 gear ratio.

In addition to the “stock” rules, you must run stock size (for your cars manufacturer) plastic wheels made by the same manufacture as the car.
SCX cars may limit pod movement with tape or glue, motor tabs may soldered or lead wire added. You may not remove the motor or light tabs, but you can bend them out of the way.

For this years series, only real DTM cars will be allowed. Ninco BMW M3’s, the SCX Volvo and BMW M3 that were legal in previous years are no longer. If you have a car you are not sure about please ask before the first race and prepare documentation showing that your car raced in the DTM series or was sold as a DTM car by the manufacturer including stock number. No WTCC Or BTCC cars. No racer versions of cars.

The series format will be as before. 4 consecutive weeks of racing, the first three for qualifying and the fourth will be the shootout.
