The cars:

2007-up Ninco, Carrera, and Scalextric Chevrolet Camaro
2005-up Ninco, Autoart, and Scalextric Ford Mustang

Stock: As it came out of the box, you may:
-True tires and wheels.
-Coat front tires.
-Remove front or rear axle slop.(No chassis modifications)
-Change lead wires and braids as needed.
-Change guide flag if you so choose
-Glue in motor, and axle bushings.
-Use silicone tires.
-Shave minimal amounts off chassis to create body rock. On
Scalextric cars you may relieve body screw chassis cups.
-Use a collar or tubing to minimize rear axle slop on Ninco cars as the stock motor location will not allow the motor shaft to extend far enough. You may modify Ninco motor location to allow the motor shaft to extend to eliminate rear axle slop. You may not lower the motor location.

Running Gear: you must use:
-Jack Rabbit 14K motor.
-9 or 10 tooth pinions on inline cars.
-11,12,or 13 tooth pinions on sidewinder cars
(This will create equal gear selections across all the cars)
-Stock crown gear
-Run your cars at stock axle width or narrower to remove slop.
-Any Silicone tire that fits the rear rim. May adjust wheel rib to fit tire.
-Stock front tires
-Stock wheels
-Run any interior, but the car must have one. Stock or lexan ok.

You may not:
- Lower the body relative to the chassis.
- make any other chassis or body mods than listed above.

If you have any questions, just please ask.

Thanks, Rich

Yes, you may remove the upright... and on any car that has a cup to hold the body post, you may open them up. Using a drill bit that is slightly larger than the hole, worked in by hand usually works really well.
Ken
So on the Ninco's we can remove the rear motor upright to let the the motor shaft engage the crown? I'm sure that's what you meant, just want to clarify before I start cutting. You also say we can "relieve" the body screw cups on Scalextric cars, what about the other manufacturers. And by relieve, do you mean open them but leave them in place, or do you mean remove?
