I have to agree, my body literally snaps on and will stay on without screws. Three of my body posts are 1-2 thousandths larger than the cup they are supposed to fit in, and the 4th is exactly the same size. The bigger issue is none of the posts or holes are the same size. I think that attempting to reduce the diameter of the posts has more potential for damage that removing the cups.

RAY: 2.5 to max 2.8 oz scaled on my digital postal scale.

SO, if we cannot adjust the fit between the body post and chassis sockets, then how is the body supposed to rock at all when they are already bound up?
You need no screws to hold the body in place.:o
