We are saddened by the news of the passing of Karl Staehlin on Thursday night. We have fond memories of Karl and his twin sons, Eric and Jeremy, who raced with us and provided us with Bolingbrook Speedway.
No further information is available at this time, but I will keep you up to date as it is. On behalf of the Great Lakes Slot Car Club our sympathies go out to his family and friends.

So sorry to hear. Karl was a fun guy to race with, and a great person to just hang with. Prayers out to the whole family.
