As it comes out of the box, you must:

- Use the E200 motor that came with the car or change the motor to the H&R Jack Rabbit 14k the Hawk 18k motor or the Predator 18k motor. Amended 10/25/22 There was talk of allowing the standard Fly or Scalextric Mabuchi motors, but those are endbell drive motors and will not fit the Carrera can-drive mounts.

- Use 9 or 10 tooth inline pinions.

- Use the stock front and rear axles, wheels and crown gear.

- Use any tire that fits the front and rear wheels properly. You may true down and coat the front tires.

- Use stock guide flag. Guide flag may be profiled to allow the flag to operate on any track. You may also sleeve the guide flag hole to remove side to side flag play if you so desire. Some early style guide flags are very loose. You may change the braid.

- Use stock interior and lower the body relative to the chassis until the interior pan hits the chassis. May remove small amounts of interior and chassis to achieve body rock. Chassis cups may be removed and/or body post material may be removed to achieve lowering. Chassis's modified to previous JYD series rules may use washers to rebuild the rear chassis / body attachment points to achieve desired height. Interior must remain intact. You may remove the two rear support posts on the interiors that most cars have. Spirit and intent is in effect.

- Use any lead wire and may bypass reversing switch. Deleted 10/25/22 Reversing switch must remain in chassis.

- Relieve body, notch exhaust pipes, or lower the exhaust pipes on the chassis so the pipes don't interfere with the body because of the lowering process.

- Use stock screws.

- Remove magnets, and add lead as desired.

- May glue in bushings and lube as desired.

Any questions or concerns, please feel free to ask.
