2021 NSR F1Series Rules

The Saw
F1 series will be an NSR 86/89 series.

The vehicles will be run box stock ( All classes allow you to: use silicone rear tires, true front and rear wheels and tires, add lead, remove front axle slop(up and down and side to side without modifying the chassis), remove rear axle slop (side to side), change braid and lead wire, coat the front tires, glue in the motor, glue in the bushings, create chassis rock, you may tape or glue the motor pod to fix or limit travel) WITH THE FOLLOWING exceptions and restrictions.

You MUST run a Quickslick CB71 or CB72 in F or XF or NR001 in F or XF compounds.

You MAY change the guide flag and the body to chassis or chassis to pod mounting screws.

You MAY change the motor to one of your choice provided the 12V rating of the motor you use does not exceed the 21,400 rpm rating of the stock motor.

You MAY NOT change the gear ratio of 10/27, but you may change the crown gear to one of any manufacturer should you have a failure.

You MAY NOT use a Lexan interior.
The tearproof wings will be allowed.

Any other changes are not allowed.

The races will be run at 12 volts barring track or owner limitations.
