Well we had a great turn out for the 6 Hour Mini Enduro
Each team had four of its original members for a solid 16
Guys through the day and a total of 23 for the event. We
Ran a f our team rotation @ 45 minutes per heat with the
Lights on for a total of 2 hours and 15 minutes then ran the
Same over with the lights off, so each team ran 4 ½ hours.
After the day race the 12 hour winner Team Diehard was
Behind with 1,083 laps, they ran great on the green and
Red lanes, however had some lead wire problems that cost
Them 137 laps on the blue lane. In the third slot the Golden
Eagles ran real smooth across all three lanes with 378, 363,
And 379 for a total of 1.120 laps. Coming in the second slot
Was the 12 hour 4th place contenders Team Sliderz with a solid
381, 408, and 409 for a total of 1,198 laps. They had problems
With lead wires as well on the green lane. And with the lead
Was none other than Team Fate with a solid 426, 403, and 380
They had some issues on the blue lane. So going into the night
The standings were:

And into the night we went Team Diehard lead By Allen E
Came out swinging and charged the green lane for a whopping
440 laps then a 388 and on blue they had a motor shaft break
And it cost them big, and they ran only 305 laps on blue, on a side
Note they used a scalextric 20k yellow can motor and all other
Teams ran stock 18k. I can tell you we started the 12 hour with
A fly racer motor and it tore up gears and shafts, also Team Fate
Started with a slot it motor and had issues with the drive line in
12 hour race and The Golden Eagles always had a stock 18k
Motor and have never had driveline issues. The Golden Eagles
Ran 325, 388, and 373. Team Sliderz ran 393, 379, and on blue
had to change braid and only ran 362 laps on blue. And Team Fate
ran 394, and on red lane they tried to salvage the rear end and ran
338, And on the blue lane the rear end gave out and the swap cost
Them big so the blue lane was only 305 laps. So when the smoke
Cleared the final totals were:

And in the end the final race totals for the 6 Hour Mini Enduro are.

4th Place Golden Eagles ========2,206 -126 -10 from 3rd
