Datsun 510 series rules

Eligible cars.
Slot-it Datsun 510
Revoslot Datsun 510

Body

Must not be modified in any way.
Exception, Revoslot cars may need added clearance for rear tires. May open as needed to prevent tire rub.
Must be painted and include 3 of the same numbers.
If sold with only two numbers then it still is legal.
White kits must be painted.
Windows must be clear. Tampos that cover part of the windows allowed.
Any body to chassis screws allowed.

Interiors

Full stock interiors only. White body kits need to have them painted.
May be lightly trimmed for body rock.

Chassis

Only stock chassis allowed.
Only stock motor pods allowed.
Trimming of mold flash allowed.
Stock axles and bushings.
Bushings may be glued.
Taping or gluing of motor is allowed.
Ballast of lead or tungsten allowed on inside or bottom of chassis.
Any brand braid is allowed.
Stock guide flag only.
Stock motor only.
May use any brand wire.
May wire directly from guide flag to motor.
May add eyelets to wire on guide flag side.
No magnets allowed.
May not lower ride height.

Wheels and tires

Stock front wheels and tires.
Front tires may be trued and glued.
May coat front tires
Stock rear wheels only.
Slot-it car use Quick Slick CB33 only.
Revoslot car use Quick Slick RS145 only.
All wheels need to be inside of the wheel wells.

Gearing

Only stock pinion allowed.
Only stock crown gear or spur gear allowed.

Once a car has been raced in that night's series race, it may not be raced again in the series race that same night.

All changes to these rules must go thru Rich or Finger and be added to this rules page.
This series is being jointly run by Finger and Rich. We will working as a team.
