5. Can Am Open(Long Course)

ALL RACES, SERIES OR OTHERWISE ARE SUBJECT TO CLUB SERIES RULES.

Can we get clarification on what the following statement means, please?

"ALL RACES, SERIES OR OTHERWISE ARE SUBJECT TO CLUB SERIES RULES."

Which TransAm and CanAm series rules, please?

Keep in mind we have at least 4 new guys that have a hard enough time figuring out what our classes are.
